Yes of course. When placing an order through our website, you’ll find a comments section where you can let us know which teams, leagues or countries you would prefer to avoid when we allocate your order. As a general guideline, if you are based in the UK, we will automatically select a shirt from outside the UK.

We keep a detailed record of every shirt our customers receive to ensure you’re sent the widest possible rangeand to avoid duplicate shirts. Our system isemail-based, so please use the same email address when placing repeat orders, or let us know which shirts you’ve previously received if you’re ordering with a different email. In the unlikely event that a duplicate is sent, simply contact us at info@matchdaylocker.com, and our team will be happy to resolve this for you.

Our subscription is the perfect way to grow your football shirt collection.

Join the MatchDay Locker Season Ticket Club and receive one authentic MatchDay Locker shirt every month, delivered straight to your door. Each month brings a new box and a new surprise, carefully curated to expand your collection.

We also offer a 'quarterly' box - this means you will recieve one shirt every three months.

You also have complete flexibility — you can skip a month at any time or cancel whenever you wish, with no additional charges.

We’re happy to offer size exchanges, provided the shirt is returned in its original condition (for example, with tags still attached).

If a MatchDay Locker shirt needs to be returned due to sizing, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. To reduce weight and postage, the shirt does not need to be returned in its original box. Please include a note with your name or order number so we can identify your return.

Once we have received the returned shirt, we will either issue a refund (excluding delivery costs) or send a replacement shirt, depending on your preference.

To help avoid the need for a return, we recommend reviewing our size guide carefully or contacting us for advice before ordering.

If your shirt is faulty, please contact us at info@matchdaylocker.com. Once the item has been returned and assessed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reimbursement of your return postage.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. We currently ship using Royal Mail, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your MatchDay Locker box has been dispatched. Multiple delivery options are available at checkout.

Free UK Shipping with orders over £75

International Shipping

International orders usually arrive within 7–8 business days. All MatchDay Locker boxes are sent fully tracked, which is reflected in the slightly higher shipping cost for destinations outside England. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us containing your tracking number.

Please note, orders shipped from the UK may be subject to import taxes or customs charges. These fees are determined by local authorities and may need to be paid by you before the courier releases your order, which could also result in delivery delays.
